Need house, spacious condo/townhouse or very spacious ap’t, preferably all with W/D or hookups at least. Prefer rural to semi-rural area(I own home in a lake community right now). Three spayed and well-behaved cats; one neutered, blind-from-birth male who is lovely in all ways. Floor-to-ceiling cat tree. Would like to be able to let cats out as they are indoor cats and are going stir-crazy. One is declawed.
Rent, security dep., and extra security for cats is negotiable; I’m flexible. No one EVER smokes in my homes!!! I’m responsible, can show financial solvency to owner, can get references, although I have not rented since 1993. Move in date is flexible, but prefer 9/15 or 10/1. Need small office-like room or second bedrm to use for computer office–will probably be taking online courses beginning this fall. I am a 57 year old female with 2 well behaved golden retrievers. I am divorced and I am looking to move up by my family in NJ. My sister lives in Colonia, and my nieces live in Rahway. I am looking for a Condo, Apt, or home to rent preferrably with a fenced yard. One bedroom one bath. I also wood be interested in a maids couter or loft.
